Having had girls play in the Mini-Midi teams of Old Brentwoods RFC Acorns since 2013, we are very excited to announce that our 10-year Anniversary in September will see the results of a big recruitment drive across all schools in the Brentwood District to greatly increase the girls section of the club.

Whether it's Year 6 girls in Primary & Prep Schools moving into Year 7, or girls already in secondary who will play in joint age group teams (Yr 8/9 & Yr 10/11) we are pulling out all the stops to ensure there is a top-class Girls Rugby offering in Brentwood.

In a town the size of Brentwood we know there is enough interest such that girls should not have to travel anywhere to enjoy playing club rugby at the weekends!

In the off-season this summer there will be plenty of fun to be had at the club. Weekly get-togethers will be planned for fitness, sporting and social reasons; this will help grow a team spirit in their respective age groups whereby they can all enjoy the excellent, safe social facilities at the OBs.
