My name is George Jardine, I am a level 3 personal trainer and have studied Sports Coaching BSc for 3 years. I have played for Old Brentwoods myself and was unfortunately unable to continue playing due to a severe knee injury in 2018.
Rugby is a contact sport and so injuries are always going to be a risk, but since my injury I have found a passion for helping sports people be better prepared for their choice of activity. I have realised that whether it’s weight loss, muscle gains, or just prehab before games, there is always something you can do to give yourself the best chance of staying fit, whether it’s for a season of rugby or just day to day life. I have worked with young footballers, and am currently working with rugby players coming back from injury and doing in season fitness work, but am also working with individuals who want to stay fit or make life a bit easier for themselves. Whatever your goal might be, I will cater sessions and plans to your needs specifically.
